Engineer Tai-Chang Chang of the New Construction Office (also the Chief of Shilin Branch), Assistant Chief Engineer Chi-Chen Chen of the Parks and Street Lights Office, and Section Chief Cheng-Chao Liang of the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Public Works Department were elected as Taipei City Government’s 2012 Exemplary Public Servants.
