New Construction Office: Chin-Shiang Hsu (driver), Jiun-Huai Yu (technical worker) and Mei-Hsien Chu (surveying worker); Hydraulic Engineering Office: Wen-Cheng Chou (technical worker), Te-Fang Hung (technical worker) and Li-Ping Cheng (technical worker); Parks and Street Lights Office: Jong-Yih Shieh (technical worker); and Geotechnical Engineering Office: Jen-Chi Chang (technical worker), were awarded the 2011 Outstanding Workers of the Taipei City Government.
