On October 8, 2013, the City Government's Procurement Supervision Unit was honorably awarded a total score of 95.91 (Excellent) in the 2012 Performance Appraisal of the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan, which demonstrates that the City Government's efforts and effectiveness in implementing and promoting procurement audit and supervision-related matters have gained the affirmation of the central competent authorities. In the 1758th Council Meeting held on November 19, 2013, the convener of the Procurement Supervision Unit, Deputy Secretary General Hsueh Chuen-Ming, presented the trophy received from the Commission to Mayor Hau to acknowledge the Supervision members, inspectors and the procurement operation unit of the City Government for their joint efforts.
