Chen Shyh-haw, Senior Engineer & Division Chief of the Public Works Department, Taipei City Government, won the Water Conservancy Outstanding Performance Award in the National Water Conservancy Outstanding Contribution Awards during the 2013 Water Conservancy Festival held by the Water Resources Agency, MOEA.
