Are we allowed to feed pigeons or other birds in the park?

Feeding birds is forbidden in parks due to public hygiene and preventing bird flu spreading. The disobedient will be fined NT$1,200-NT$6,000, according to the Autonomous Statute for Parks Management of Taipei City.
