Construction period for leveling of arcade buildings depends on the conditions at the site, generally, it will take about 10 days to complete leveling for one block (about 100 meters). Furthermore, in order to minimize impact and construction period, principly, “one block” is regarded as one construction unit. During the construction, temporary pedestrian mats shall be installed for residents and users to access the area. Apart from the construction of pavement removal, which is about 1 to 2 days in the early period, the residents are unlikely to be affected thereby.
