In the “2011 Role Model of Honesty and Integrity” election, the Public Works Department recommended three persons: Sub-division Chief Chih-Chung Huang of the Procurement Administration Division; Sub-division Chief Te-Min Hui of the Quality Control and Labor Safety Division; and Division Chief Yen-Ping Hung of the Engineering Support Section of the Parks and Street Lights Office, respectively. After review meetings and deliberations, Sub-division Chief Te-Min Hui of the Quality Control and Labor Safety Division of this Department, as well as 22 nominees from other units, were elected as personifying the “2011 Role Model of Honesty and Integrity” of the Taipei City Government.
