"The Conformity Query System for Specifications, Standard Drawings, Materials Analysis and Parliamentary Unit Price" planned and established by the Public Works Department was awarded the Innovation Award runner-up in the 2011 Creative Proposal Contest held by Taipei City Government.
Proposed benefits:
The first on-line interconnected and integrated query services in the country offering four major basic engineering information: "specifications", "materials analysis", "standard drawings" and "parliamentary unit price". It provides the general public with a platform for inquiring about related information regarding specifications, inspection, construction, drawings and price publicly and clearly. It is also conducive for engineers and designers to quote quickly and correctly, in order to avoid fraudulence and promote public works quality.
