Principles for refunding city water users in case of pipeline leakage issues.

1. Agree to deduct water use amount if “Regulations on reduction of water usage amount due to leaking underground pipeline” of the Taipei Water Department is complied with and the Taipei Water Department confirms that the leakage is due to a leaking underground pipeline.
2. "Regulations on reduction of water usage amount due to leaking underground pipeline” of Taipei Water Department is not complied with, but patrol personnel of Taipei Water Department have confirmed that the leakage is located outside of the house and user drainage facility is not located at the leakage position and not discharged into the city’s public sewerage system. 

For any of the above situations, please call Operation Control Division of SSO (2597-3183 Ext. 115, 125). For complying with the principle of “Users Pay,” SSO will coordinate to carry on the deduction of Sewerage Utilization Fee.
