Illegal buildings in fire lanes which were demolished for not providing a 1.5m clearance (a 75cm net width reserved from back-alley boundary towards the house, for emptying a total of 1.5m space in the alley) for the purpose of user connection constructed by SSO are not allowed to be restored, because the space will still be required for future pipeline cleaning and maintenance, thereby the pipeline can be kept clog-less and quality of the housing environment ensured.
