The provision is 24 hours and is free-of-charge; no application is required whatsoever; if a large amount is required for a specific time, you may notify the plant in advance. Tel: 25973183, Ext. 871 The fetch point is inside the Dihua Sewage Treatment Plant; please enter from the gate near the intersection of Huanhe North Road and Dunhuang Road. Quick couplings, 2” and 2.5”, are available at the fetch point. Please prepare your own containers or tank vehicles. When arriving at the entrance, follow the directions of the security and on-site personnel when entering and exiting the plant. Please fill out a registration form after loading water.
