No open-air cafes can be installed at any place which adjoin a residential area.
No open-air cafes can be installed within 10m of any corner, bus stop, and entry/exit of MRT station, and within 3m of any entry/exit of underground mall, underpass, and footbridge. Nevertheless, which can be applied if it has been agreed to reduce the off-limits by the units/departments concerned after investigating the local situation.
No open-air cafes can be installed on any planting pattern, facilities area, bicycle path, motorcycle parking lot and crosswalk conner. Nevertheless, which can be applied if it has been agreed by the units/departments concerned after investigation.
