     To efficiently manage slope usage and prevent slope disaster, Taipei City Geotechnical Engineering Office has set up a schedule to send technicians to inspect manmade slopes since Jan, 2011. The project will first focus on hillside communities. The 24 hillside aggregations amount to 3,000 manmade slopes. The technician will number and create files for each manmade-slope, and will assess their safety with a visual check. By active and positive management of manmade slopse, we will advance the disaster prevention capability of Taipei City.
