With the jacking method frequently adopted underground for a sewer project, pipelines for other purposes should be moved for further development of sewers by other engineering sectors after excavation of a working shaft. For the purpose of keeping smooth traffic and pedestrians’ and vehicles’ safety for one project incomplete, the facilities of temporary non-skip iron plates shall be covered but removed for road milling and reconstruction with jacking pipes and manholes completed.
