Will unlicensed building within the scope of a sewage project be reconstructed after removal to maintain minimum fire protecting distance?
To match the Sewerage Systems Office’s policy to preserve space with a width of 1.5m (an inward width of 75cm from a rear lane’s property line to reach 1.5m totally by two back-to-back residences) for sewer connection, an unlicensed building is not allowed to be reconstructed after removed for the purpose of cleaning and maintaining sewers as well as considering residences’ living environments.
