According to Paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the “Taipei City Handling Public Construction Removal Compensation and Autonomous Ordinance”, it states: “Where a building owner vacates and hands over a building to the competent authority within the time limit, an incentive pay equivalent to 60% of the removal compensation or removal handling fee shall be issued. However, no incentive pay shall be provided for any delay of vacating or handing over of the building behind the time limit.
