How do I deal with the septic tank preserved after the sewer is connected to my residence?

For the case of one residence having sewers connected to the sewage piping system and the original septic tank preserved under the basement without any sewer connected (e.g., toilet, sink, or mop tub room) but with a pressure pipe connected, the resident may require a professional vendor to assess the feasibility of changing the sewer having connected to the basement, that is, the resident should spend money to change a soil pipe initially connecting the basement’s septic tank to the building’s first floor for excrement discharged via gravity flow. As one indispensible process, to inform the Sewerage Systems Office assisting in linking an external outlet to the public sewage piping system in advance shall be done by the resident. However, any resident privately connecting them without permission will be fined because of violating the Sewerage Law.
