What are the associated charges to be paid when applicant provides seat on a sidewalk in our city, and how to calculate?

1. If the permitted usage time is handled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article: the monthly usage fee shall be calculated by multiplying the approved areas with 5% of the annual interest, the announced land value and 1/12.
*For example: An applicant business has an application area of 30 square meters and daily business time from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. Assuming that the announced land value of the road section is NT$76,576 per square meter in the current year, the monthly usage fee for the permitted business and deposit is calculated as follows:
*Monthly usage fee=30㎡ × NT$76,576/㎡ × 5% × 1/12 =NT$9,572
*Deposit= NT$9,572 × 2 = NT$19,144
2. If the permitted usage time is handled in accordance with the proviso of the preceding Article: The monthly usage fee shall be the monthly usage fee calculated in accordance with the preceding Paragraph multiplied by the ratio of the weekly permitted usage hours in accordance with the proviso of the preceding Article to the weekly permitted usage hours per week in accordance with the preceding Article.
*For example: An applicant business has an application area of 30 square meters and daily business time from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am. Assuming that the announced land value of the road section is NT$76,576 per square meter in the current year, the monthly usage fee for the permitted business and deposit is calculated as follows:
*Monthly usage fee=30㎡ × NT$76,576/㎡x(12hr/17hr) × 5% × 1/12 =NT$6,757
*Deposit= NT$6,757 × 2 =NT$13,514
If the permitted usage period is less than one month, the usage fee shall be calculated based on the period of one month.
If the permitted usage period is less than three months, the usage fee shall be paid in full before the start of use; for those over three months, the three-month period shall be regarded as one instalment and the fee shall be paid in full before the start of each instalment.
